Terms of Service
Last updated June 16, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Mandate marketing website at mandate.vote (the “Site”), including requesting a demo, subscribing to The Mandate Brief, and reading our guides. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Mandate platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement.
Informational only — not legal or compliance advice
Our guides, the Filing Kit, The Mandate Brief, and other content are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, compliance, tax, or election-law advice, and they are not a substitute for guidance from your filing authority (such as your city secretary, school district, or county) or from a qualified attorney. Election rules, deadlines, fees, and thresholds change and vary by jurisdiction — always confirm the current requirements with the appropriate authority before you rely on them. You are responsible for your own compliance.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site or its security.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse data, or use the Site to send spam.
- Infringe our or others' intellectual-property or other rights.
